In a financial disclosure form filed in May, President Trump revealed hundreds of millions of dollars in securities trades made in his name during the first quarter of 2026.

CBS News extracted and analyzed the data to compile the dashboard below, providing the most comprehensive look at the disclosure yet. The data shows that the president's investment accounts made 3,642 transactions between Jan. 6 and March 30, a pace of about 63 per trading day.

The sheer volume of trading is unprecedented for a sitting president. The data shows the president's accounts bought and sold companies that have extensive business dealings with the federal government, prompting accusations of insider trading and conflicts of interest from Democrats and ethics experts. The Trump Organization says outside financial advisers oversee the accounts, and the president and his family have no role in making the investments.

You can examine individual trades and see all transactions by company or fund in the all trades table below. Read more about CBS News' findings from the data here.

About the data

The source for this data is President Trump's OGE Form 278-T, filed on May 8, 2026. The original filing can be found here. Data was extracted by OCR, Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash, Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.5 and OpenAI's GPT-4o. Details of each transaction — including company/fund name, amount, date and ticker — were manually verified by CBS News journalists. Sector classifications were obtained from Yahoo Finance — for a small number of companies delisted after the trades, the sector reflects the company's last available classification — and funds and ETFs are grouped together rather than assigned a sector. Stock prices on the individual company pages were also obtained from Yahoo Finance.
