as established last week, according to the federal government, we are
domestic terrorists. I've never worn any label so proudly.49 seconds
So,
uh we're not going to do a long list of headlines. We're going to hit
the pride flag stuff and our Christian government and lot and the great
news from Hungary.58 seconds

But we'll start with the pride flag stuff at the Stonewall National Monument. A big shock. No one was expecting this1 minute, 18 seconds
that the federal government, the Trump administration settled with uh the groups that were suing for the right to1 minute, 27 seconds
run the rainbow flag up a pole at the Stonewall National Monument.1 minute, 30 seconds
Two months ago, without warning, the federal government took down the rainbow flag at the Stonewall National Monument.1 minute, 37 seconds
We all went out and demonstrated. We yelled at them and and put it back up. and put it back up. And it wasn't removed.1 minute, 44 seconds
Correct. Uh but several groups including the Gilbert Baker Foundation found you know creator of the flag and a couple of1 minute, 52 seconds
others sued to get it reinstated and we thought oh this will never fly.1 minute, 58 seconds
Well I never said that. I mean we're we're winning a lot of these suits against we also knew we were technically right.2 minutes, 5 seconds
Yeah.
But no no I'm just saying look what happened in Philadelphia. They sued
to get the slavery exhibit at the presidential site up and they won.2 minutes, 14 seconds
people are winning these cases.2 minutes, 15 seconds
Well, the federal government had taken it down on the grounds that they have a law that says only the American flag, uh2 minutes, 23 seconds
the park service flag, and maybe the MIA flag can fly. PWA,2 minutes, 29 seconds
but
there's also a clause there that says uh there may be an exception for
flags [clears throat] that are relevant historically to the site,2 minutes, 38 seconds
like the Confederate flag in some cases, which is up at Gettysburg. Sure. Uh so we saw that clause and said,2 minutes, 46 seconds
"Well, surely the rainbow flag is uh relevant historically at Stonewall." And so these groups,2 minutes, 52 seconds
oh, wait a minute. It wasn't at stone the Stonewall, but as a symbol, it's become a symbol for our community.2 minutes, 58 seconds
So these groups sued and again, we woke up in shock the other day to find that the federal government had reached a3 minutes, 5 seconds
settlement with the organizations that had sued.3 minutes, 9 seconds

expected we'd win this. I mean, I don't know. I mean, I Well, let's put
it this way. I didn't expect us to win it so fast. Yes, they settled
very fast.3 minutes, 17 seconds
They caved. It was a taco.3 minutes, 20 seconds
So,
under the terms of this, the the government's agreed. We're going to
permanently fly the flag, but you got to put the American flag up. They
all got to be the same size. American flag up3 minutes, 29 seconds
top, then the rainbow flag, then the park service flag.3 minutes, 32 seconds
Well, the rainbow flag and the, you know, it's a it's the thing. And so the rainbow flag and the uh park service3 minutes, 39 seconds
flag will be equal on on the two arms of the uh and not to confuse you, but we've already got a city flag pole just3 minutes, 47 seconds
outside the perimeter which already is doing which is already doing this.3 minutes, 51 seconds
Yes. So we're happy about that. Now I but I asked the question of lambda legal among the others that brought this and4 minutes
said where's the case to restore the park services censoring of transgender people from the history of the stonewall4 minutes, 7 seconds
which
is a complete outrage which occurred earlier than the flag being taken
down and I got no answer. They are going to put up some kind of sign

the flag, but not about uh you're right about because transgender people do not exist according to the Trump administration.4 minutes, 24 seconds
Well, they're doing everything they can to wipe them out. More about that momentarily. Uh and just as a footnote,4 minutes, 32 seconds
the Phil's coffee chain, which is evidently around the country, West Coast,4 minutes, 38 seconds
it's big. It started, it's very big in San Francisco. So, they had uh uh rainbow flags up in those coffee houses.4 minutes, 46 seconds
The owner took them down uh on the They were bought by a hedge fund manager. Yes. Who says we need homogeneity here,4 minutes, 54 seconds
not homosexuality?4 minutes, 56 seconds
Is that what I just made that up? No, he said uh we need to be bland and appealing to every So, are people boycotting now?5 minutes, 4 seconds
I don't think so yet. No, they should. Okay. All right.5 minutes, 8 seconds
Uh All right. So that's uh that's the flag. Now should we go to our religious leaders?5 minutes, 14 seconds
Well uh yeah I mean first well first we have to go to our Lord and Savior Donald Christ. I mean everybody has seen this.5 minutes, 20 seconds
Um but you know it has made some MAGA supporters break from him.5 minutes, 27 seconds
A lot of them. At first I thought this was a painting and I thought how' they do that so fast.5 minutes, 33 seconds
Ricky Gaines Riley Gaines has she was a huge fan of Trump. She's the turf swimmer5 minutes, 40 seconds
swimmer who's always fighting trans women and trans boys.5 minutes, 43 seconds
Leah Thomas and and she said um that this is uh uh you know totally inappropriate and he5 minutes, 51 seconds
was asked about it and he said I don't listen to Riley Gaines. I'm not a big fan of Riley actually. I mean5 minutes, 59 seconds

you were uh quoting her and bringing her to the White House and leaning
on her for all maybe this will make him come out for trans rights. I
don't think so, but I think he will lose a lot of credibility.6 minutes, 11 seconds
Anything
is pos. He's bipolar. Anything is possible. I don't mean to denigrate
bipolar, but I mean, he obviously swings around on what his positions
are. I mean,6 minutes, 20 seconds
but he really has uh been under attack for this image. So much so that he did finally take it down. And he doesn't do6 minutes, 29 seconds
that
very often. But all of this has morphed into this whole thing about the
pope and the attacks from the pope because the pope had the tmerity to

you know, Jesus believes in peace, not war. And that that set him off.6 minutes, 43 seconds
And
he also said, I'm, you know, I'm not going to change anything because
of Donald Trump. I mean, basically, right? I mean, he's he's by name.6 minutes, 50 seconds
He says, I'm not scared of the Trump administration. But Trump said that the pope is uh in favor of crime, which is a7 minutes
reference to immigrants because his whole immigrant thing is about immigrants are the big uh troublemakers here.7 minutes, 7 seconds
And this is a religion that teaches that homosexuality is a mortal sin.7 minutes, 11 seconds
He could have gone to that, but he didn't. No. Uh but this is immigrant equals crime to Trump. So if you're7 minutes, 18 seconds
pro-immigrant, you are in favor of crime. So he's also and the pope also wants to have Iran to have an atom bomb.7 minutes, 26 seconds
Uh because uh or a nuclear weapon.7 minutes, 31 seconds
Yeah. Um yeah, the the pope is bad on foreign policy. That's what he said. But7 minutes, 38 seconds
what all this gets us to is the uh the fact the extent to which the Trump7 minutes, 45 seconds
administration is deeply embedded with the Chris the uh uh Christian nationalist.7 minutes, 53 seconds
Paula White, his spiritual advisor has called him Jesus.7 minutes, 57 seconds
And even his uh Catholic convert JD Vance is uh siding with the Christian nationalist. Mind your own business, Holy Father.8 minutes, 5 seconds
Uh Russell V. Oh my [laughter] god. Vote who's uh the budget director,8 minutes, 12 seconds
Heritage Foundation, Christian nationalist,8 minutes, 14 seconds
head of implementing project 2025 and they've been very successful [clears throat] at it.8 minutes, 20 seconds
But they are just uh the and Hegsth Hegsth is all about Christian nationalism and his spiritual adviser8 minutes, 28 seconds
who he brings into the uh uh Department of Defense to lecture the troops and the generals and everyone. This is Doug8 minutes, 36 seconds
Wilson there, the guy with the beard there. Um, but Doug Wilson, I mean, you know, this kind of stuff did not used to8 minutes, 43 seconds
be tolerated. I mean, he says in our in our country there should be steeples and no minoretses. Uh, only the sound of8 minutes, 50 seconds
church bells, no statues of Hindu deities. Adultery would carry legal penalties. And he wants to get rid of,8 minutes, 56 seconds
of
course, the Oberfell decision. Um, he wants women not to be able to
vote. He wants the anti-sodomy laws reinstated. I mean, etc., etc.,9 minutes, 6 seconds
etc. And where's the uproar? Exactly. Where's the uproar? This guy,9 minutes, 12 seconds
it has the full uh support of Hegsth. Uh they're not even holding him at arms length. They are bringing him into the9 minutes, 20 seconds
defense department. And this is what our troops are being taught.9 minutes, 25 seconds
Subject. That's what they're being subjected to. Christian nationalism which uh they don't want women to vote9 minutes, 32 seconds
because they want one vote per family and that will be only the male head of household.9 minutes, 38 seconds
Well, it couldn't be a woman head of households, single moms. No, they they are not allowed to vote.9 minutes, 43 seconds
Only men who are heads of households can vote. There aren't that many of them. Exactly. [laughter]9 minutes, 51 seconds
And they comprise a large part of Trump's support. So it's men men who are9 minutes, 58 seconds
supporting Trump um mostly uh great imbalance.10 minutes, 2 seconds
He won white women great still a gender imbalance. So the point is that uh that we are watching10 minutes, 12 seconds
this takeover of the government by these these Christian nationalists. And it's really important to know this and pay10 minutes, 19 seconds
attention to this because these guys are relentless. They're not backing down.10 minutes, 24 seconds
and they're totally convinced of their uh rightness on all of this.10 minutes, 28 seconds
Listen, uh Trump was asked by the uh Door Dash grandma who delivered him as McDonald's.10 minutes, 36 seconds
Do
you think men should play in women's sports? And she goes, "I really
don't have an opinion on that. I'm here about no tax on tips." You
don't? I'll bet you10 minutes, 44 seconds
do.
I mean, he was like totally He didn't know what to do. He didn't know
what to do with his hands when she did it. He got Did you read the thing
about him and Queen Elizabeth? Yes.10 minutes, 53 seconds
He kept badgering her about uh what she thought of various US presidents. Who's your favorite? Who's your favorite? And11 minutes, 1 second
she wouldn't answer, of course, because that would be stupid. So, and this is behind closed doors. Yes.11 minutes, 6 seconds
But then he goes out and says Queen Elizabeth likes me the best. [laughter]11 minutes, 11 seconds
Well, um apparently Queen Elizabeth also did a little imitation of Melania after one of Oh, wait a second before we leave the11 minutes, 18 seconds
religious uh right. The Pentagon uh uh in January held a meeting where they uh11 minutes, 26 seconds
brought in people from the Vatican to yell at them for the Pope criticizing Trump. Oh yes.11 minutes, 32 seconds
Uh and the Pope uh to his credit has cancelled any visit to the US while Trump is11 minutes, 40 seconds
president. He's not coming here. He was invited for the 250th anniversary. He said, "No way. I will not be there."11 minutes, 47 seconds
They got to get King Charles to not come as well. But their royal family is not they do what they're told.11 minutes, 55 seconds
So
yes, uh and this was also the week that uh Melania Trump gave her
Epstein speech, which was a surprise apparently even to Trump.12 minutes, 4 seconds
Everything's a surprise these days. And uh you know uh she's I think she's you12 minutes, 12 seconds

I think she did it or or was told to do it to distract from the war and
it became it became the actual top story on the news.12 minutes, 21 seconds
Well, sure for about five minutes. She uh No, she's running scared because her friend Amanda who is from Brazil.12 minutes, 30 seconds
Yeah. They the Trumps have these friends Paulo and Amanda. Paulo is uh an older12 minutes, 37 seconds
guy uh who supposedly introduced uh Donald and Melania. Then he gets into a12 minutes, 43 seconds
fight now with his companion Amanda. And so he goes to his friend Trump and says, "I want you to have ICE deport Amanda."12 minutes, 52 seconds
And they do. They pick her up and they deport her.12 minutes, 55 seconds
And she's been in the country for a long, long time.12 minutes, 57 seconds
Absolutely. This is clearly just uh a power move. So now she unleashed and angry is saying using the b- word.13 minutes, 6 seconds

And I am going to reveal everything about uh Trump and Melania. And so
Melania went out there to try to for all that. I don't know Epstein.13 minutes, 18 seconds
And
then of then of course if you're done [clears throat] with that I mean
the other big thing Trump said this week is that he's promised immunity

everybody
who works for the administration. Anybody who comes within 200 f feet
of the oval office is going to get a pardon. Um so it's this is13 minutes, 35 seconds
unleashing lawlessness not just by him but by everyone in the administration.13 minutes, 40 seconds
Yes. Uh by the way JD Vance is saying to the pope stick to matters of morality. Yeah. [laughter]13 minutes, 46 seconds
Isn't that what being anti-war is? Isn't that a moral position?13 minutes, 50 seconds
Yeah. He says I'm very careful when I talk about public policy. No you don't.13 minutes, 55 seconds
You craven it. You compared your boss to Hitler for God's sakes. Well, here's something. A couple things.14 minutes, 1 second
Um, first of all, they're threatening to uh resurrect the draft in December for Baron.14 minutes, 9 seconds
Well, that's the big question. What about Baron? Men 18 to 25. Uh, no more uh self-registration.14 minutes, 18 seconds
Uh, you have to uh we will uh they're saying Baron may get out of it because he's too tall. [laughter]14 minutes, 25 seconds
six foot nine. Uh and the people who did the women's march when uh 10 years ago are announcing a big major mobilization14 minutes, 34 seconds
just before the 250th birthday celebration. So they're going to bring people all over the country into the streets to uh combat.14 minutes, 42 seconds
Is Baron too tall to be like a cook or or somebody who cleans the toilets?14 minutes, 48 seconds
And Buddhaj and Kamalar are saying they may run for president in 2020.14 minutes, 52 seconds
Oh wow. All right. uh with 50 other people. So, Congress is returning has returned and they're going to they're15 minutes
going to move on a bill uh stop the sexualization of children act. Um but uh you know they want to go after any15 minutes, 9 seconds
sexually oriented material to to include anything that involves gender dysphoria or trans.15 minutes, 16 seconds
Their definition of sexually oriented is mentioning a trans person.15 minutes, 21 seconds
Yeah. trans people by definition with them are and then they want to bar federal funds if you don't comply.15 minutes, 27 seconds
Yes.
As they want to uh bar Medicaid and Medicare funding to hospitals that
don't comply with their anti look I think we ought to since the15 minutes, 36 seconds
states
tend to follow it the red states tend to follow each other we ought to
be concerned that Tennessee is a moving on the Charlie Kirk Act which
bans student15 minutes, 44 seconds
walkouts and protects anti-LGBTQ activists. It says like if you don't want to have one of these people in your15 minutes, 52 seconds
club, you can exclude them even though it's you know such discrimination uh may be illegal.15 minutes, 57 seconds
Tennessee has also uh enacted the wait I just had it the nuclear family month in16 minutes, 5 seconds
June where they will honor uh heterosexual uh uh couples only because that is God's design. This is the state of Tennessee.16 minutes, 17 seconds
a
hate state. But we told you about the librarian there, Lannne James,
who was dismissed from the library because she wouldn't move the gay
books out of the16 minutes, 25 seconds
children's section. And they started a fundraiser for her. That fundraiser is now up to $138,000.16 minutes, 33 seconds
And
I just, you know, what what did she say? Restricting access to these
materials uh is a violation of the community's right to information. And16 minutes, 41 seconds
it's, you know, a a clear act of viewpoint discrimination. Okay, good news. Boisee, Idaho. Uh,16 minutes, 49 seconds
again, the state outlawed uh pride flags uh in in the city of Boisee, which had been flying them. So, the city of Boise16 minutes, 58 seconds
said, "All right, we're going to wrap rainbow colors around uh uh flag poles, and that's what they've done."17 minutes, 4 seconds
Everybody's
being very creative. In Florida, where Dantis tore up a rainbow
crosswalk, they took the bricks and they put them in a park.17 minutes, 14 seconds
Yeah. And people are painting the sidewalks rainbow.17 minutes, 18 seconds
In Wisconsin, we told you that uh the Dem the more liberal candidate won the race for uh uh court, the statewide17 minutes, 28 seconds
Supreme Court, but the attack ads were all based on anti-transgender stuff and it didn't work. Chris Taylor won by 2017 minutes, 37 seconds
points at carrying 20 counties that Trump won in 2024. All this has to be very encouraging17 minutes, 44 seconds
and it's encouraging that Children's Hospital in Minneapolis is reinstating gender affirming care uh based on the17 minutes, 52 seconds
court decision that said the HHS ban was illegal.17 minutes, 57 seconds
And in California, they're fighting back too. You know, we told you that the Supreme Court kind of fudged on uh18 minutes, 4 seconds
conversion
therapy, says it's okay to talk about it. Um, so they're extending the
stat working on extending the statute of limitations for survivors of
conversion therapy so that they can sue.18 minutes, 16 seconds
And uh, Briana Turner of the WNBA has uh, Las Vegas ACEs has uh, spoken out in18 minutes, 25 seconds
support of trans women versus what the IOC is about to do in in testing18 minutes, 31 seconds
genetically all women. uh do not use the names of women athletes to target, shame, or exclude transgender women, she wrote.18 minutes, 40 seconds
And a Colorado dad uh fears that uh this anti-trans in sports referendum on the18 minutes, 47 seconds
Colorado ballot is going to hurt his uh cisgender daughters because everybody's going to be genetically tested,18 minutes, 55 seconds

So, uh it's people are waking up to this. In Montana, the state supreme court in Montana upheld a district court19 minutes, 3 seconds
order preventing the state from enforcing policies that bar trans people from obtaining accurate se sex19 minutes, 10 seconds
designations on their birth certificates and driver's licenses, which is what they did in Kansas.19 minutes, 16 seconds
In Texas, the Texas Tech chancellor has cancelled all academic programs that are centered on LGBTQ.19 minutes, 25 seconds
Again, eraser. And and in Nebraska,19 minutes, 28 seconds
they're
they're they're able to stop some of these anti-transgender bills
because there is one Republican who is holding out and that means that
they19 minutes, 37 seconds
can't clear a filibuster. One Republican,19 minutes, 40 seconds
well, she uh well, the Republican woman who proposed the anti-trans bills attached one of them to a cannabis bill,19 minutes, 49 seconds
and
the author of the cannabis bill cannabis bill was so offended that he
withdrew his bill rather than have it right go on like that. The Texas

Board gave uh preliminary approval nine to one to put Bible verses on the reading list uh Bible verses and uh but20 minutes, 6 seconds
they
also include in this list and it's only old and new testament it's not
any other religion you know uh but they they also have Ray20 minutes, 14 seconds

All right. Uh we lost a great activist in Philadelphia this week, Joe

the big news is Hungary that Peter Majar uh who was a conservative and

constitutional amendments that that uh that uh Orban implemented. Well, Majar21 minutes, 36 seconds
has already uh spoken up in favor of gay and trans people. Uh says no hatred and21 minutes, 44 seconds
has
canled state funding of the CPAC convention which the Christian
nationalists here were holding in Hungary for the last few years.21 minutes, 53 seconds
Orban
was the great hero to the Christian nationalists and to the and to Ste
Steve Bannon and all those characters. And this also ends Russia's22 minutes, 2 seconds
veto power over EU decisions because Orban was was the problem there.22 minutes, 8 seconds
All right. Uh hustling along, uh Mark Carney's party in Canada has taken uh the majority of the seats, so he has22 minutes, 17 seconds
more power. And we have a new outgay foreign minister in Mexico, the equivalent of Secretary of State,22 minutes, 25 seconds
Roberto Velasco Alvarez. And just like Trump turned on Riley Gaines, he's turned on Georgia Maloney uh because she22 minutes, 34 seconds
doesn't like what he's doing to the Pope. And he said now he just says,22 minutes, 39 seconds
"Well, I thought she was brave, but I was wrong. I was shocked by her."22 minutes, 43 seconds

His party, the Liberal Party, now has a a an actual majority uh because people are defecting to his party because he's so good.23 minutes, 6 seconds
In Massachusetts, uh, new HIV diagnosis are up 34%23 minutes, 12 seconds
between 2022 and 2024. This caused uh AIDS organizations and advocates to go23 minutes, 19 seconds
to
the Massachusetts legislature and lobby every single ma member of the
legislature to uh increase funding for HIV prevention and treatment.23 minutes, 31 seconds

suspect to maybe prevent an STI, but it's working. It's working
overwhelmingly according to these studies and cutting syphilis cases,
